    Questions founders ask.

    What does a fractional CTO do?

    The CTO job, part-time: technology strategy, architecture, hiring, delivery and the conversation with your board and investors. You get senior judgement for 2-3 days a week instead of a full-time executive.

    Who do you work with?

    Mostly fintech, crypto and B2B SaaS where payments, data or compliance are core. Founders from seed to Series B, and boards or investors who need technical due diligence.

    How much does it cost?

    A fixed monthly fee for ongoing work, or a fixed price for a defined project. Both are set in a one-page proposal after the first call.

    Can you help with MiCA, DORA or the Travel Rule?

    Yes, on the technology side: architecture, controls, Travel Rule integration, operational resilience and audit evidence. I work alongside your legal and compliance team.

    Do you work remotely?

    Remote-first from Poland (CET). On-site anywhere in Europe when it matters.

    How do you use AI?

    Every day. Coding agents in my teams and AI agents running in production. I help teams adopt it with guardrails, so every change still has an owner who can explain it.
